What is covered by the warranty?

We are selling these mats since 2014, and we have had close to zero defect rates.

Anyhow for the warranty period, we cover any issue with the mat unless this issue is caused by misuse. Unlike any of our competitors, we don’t charge restocking fees or shipping fees for warranty issues. 

If you have an issue with the controller, we expedite a free replacement for you, and if you have an issue with the mat, we will send a new one to you.
