What is covered by the warranty?
We have been selling these mats since 2014 and have experienced an extremely low defect rate.
During the warranty period, we cover any issues with the mat or controller unless the problem is caused by misuse. Unlike many competitors, we do not charge restocking fees or shipping fees for valid warranty claims.
If there is an issue with the controller, we will promptly ship a replacement at no cost. If there is an issue with the mat itself, we will arrange a replacement unit for you.
