Would an adapter be enough to use the mat in UK/Europe?

Ereada® mats are made for 110-120V U.S. power sockets with 2 flat plugs. 

They should be used only with a step-down converter if your country's power is different, not just an adapter. 

We sell many of our mats worldwide to China, HK, Korea, UK, Europe, and Russia, and they work fine with power converters.
