Can I use my mat with the 220-240 volts?

We have a lot of customers successfully using our products in Europe, UK, Israel, Russia, HK, Korea and even Australia with 220-250v/50hz. But you HAVE to use the special step down power transformers and converter devices from  220-240v to 110-120v. 

Remember, please, that the power of the converter should be at least twice the mat power consumption. A simple adapter will not work.
