Can I use my mat with the 220-240 volts?

We have many customers successfully using our products in Europe, the UK, Israel, Russia, Hong Kong, Korea, and even Australia with 220–250V / 50Hz power systems. However, you must use a proper step-down power transformer that converts 220–240V to 110–120V.

Please note that the converter’s power rating should be at least twice the mat’s power consumption.

A simple plug adapter will not work and may damage the mat.
