Some indicators seem to come ON and OFF. Why aren’t they consistently ON when the mat is plugged in?

Each time you press the button, it activates a function (Photon or PEMF) for a set period of time. The indicator light turns on when the function is active and switches off once the cycle is complete.

The heat indicator may turn on and off during use. This is normal, as the mat does not heat continuously. The heating system cycles on and off to maintain the selected temperature—typically operating only about 10–20% of the total session time.
