What are the heating levels shown on the display of my whole body mat?

Ereada® mats larger than the Mini size have 7 heat levels on the controller.

(The Brown Mini mat uses an adjustable controller that displays temperatures from 30°C to 70°C.)

Heat levels are as follows:

Level 1 — 86°F / 30°C

Used for negative ions and negative potential functions, as well as an all-night low-heat sleep mode.

Level 2 — 98°F / 36°C

Low heat mode.

Level 3 — 110°F / 43°C

Low-to-medium heat mode.

Level 4 — 120°F / 49°C

Medium heat mode.

Level 5 — 133°F / 56°C

Medium-high heat mode.

Level 6 — 145°F / 63°C

High heat mode.

Level 7 — 158°F / 70°C

Highest heat mode.
