Error E2.What to do?
Please make sure all connections are secure and tightly fitted. If reconnecting does not resolve the issue and the controller continues to shut off or displays E1, E2, or E3 errors, the problem may be related to the mat’s connector.
Over time, the connector may become loose, which can cause signal loss and trigger errors. You may also notice that the controller plug no longer fits snugly.
In this case, please remove the sticker on the bottom (rear) side of the mat’s connector and carefully tighten the screws using a screwdriver.
To help maintain a stable connection, it is recommended not to disconnect the controller from the mat frequently. Simply unplugging the controller from the power outlet is sufficient when the mat is not in use.
Repeatedly connecting and disconnecting the controller from the mat may gradually loosen the connection, even if it still appears to be properly attached.
