Controller shows error E2.What to do?

Please check the connections to be tight. If reconnection does not help, the controller keeps shutting off or shows E1, E2, or E3 errors; it may be a weakness of the mat's connector.

Sometimes, it may become loose and cause errors and signal exchange loss. Also, you may feel as if the controller's plug does not fit snugly.

Please remove the sticker on the bottom (rear) side of the mat's connector and fasten the screws with a screwdriver.

It's better not to disconnect the controller from the heated stone mat frequently. Unplugging the controller from the power outlet is enough to protect the device when you do not use it.

If you connect and divide the controller and the mat every time you use the system, the connection may become loose, even though it may look fine.
