Can you put your own pillow case over Ereada® amethyst pillow without blocking the effects?

To reduce the pressure from the crystals, a standard cotton pillowcase (or several pillowcases) can be placed over the pillow. This will not block negative ions or far infrared crystal rays.

Our pillows are unpowered and contain crushed and tumbled amethyst crystals.

Similar to an unpowered amethyst mat, the crystals can absorb excess heat from your body and redistribute it as infrared warmth to areas of the head and neck that may benefit from gentle warmth.
