What is Ereada® pillow?
Amethyst pillows consist of two parts:
a core insert made from special heat-resistant hard memory foam for firm support, and
a valuable outer cover filled with natural tumbled crystals such as amethyst, jade, and tourmaline, distributed along the entire length of the pillowcase.
All pillows are designed to be used with Ereada® mats and for short sessions before sleep (the firmer versions), or as separate pillows for sleeping and relaxation (the softer versions).
Ereada® Bio pillows provide improved head and neck elevation during FIR heat sessions on hot stone mats and pads.
These pillows are intentionally firm and are not designed to feel soft or cushioned at first. Some customers may be comfortable using them right away, but most people prefer to use them for shorter sessions at the beginning.
For longer use, sleeping, or deep relaxation, if you prefer a softer pillow, the best option is to remove the crystal cover from the foam insert (there is a zipper on the back) and place that cover over your regular sleeping pillow. This allows you to enjoy the crystal surface while keeping the comfort of your usual pillow.
