What is the trial period when I can return the mat for a refund?

The products are covered with an easy refund policy, usually, we refund you the full purchase price, but you will be responsible for the return shipping.

The return window is 30 days from your order delivery date. You may be charged for 10-15% restocking fee.

If you got a wrong or defective item, we would cover return shipping as well. We also provide one year warranty from the date of purchase. 

This policy does not apply to customized mats, refurbished mats, or mats shipped abroad.
