Warranty coverage

Purple and Gemstone Collections

Covered by a 1-year warranty.

Classic Brown Collection

Covered by a 2-year warranty, valid for both home and heavy-duty professional use.

Important notes about the warranty

The warranty covers factory defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Controller failures

The most common causes are power surges or loose connections between the mat and the controller.

To reduce the risk, always use a surge protector and make sure the controller is connected tightly to the mat.

Replacement controllers are available for purchase if needed.

For confirmed factory defects, both outbound and return shipping are provided free of charge.
