Most refurbished mats are listed in New (Other), Like New, or Very Good condition. These units are typically either:

• customer returns made within the 30-day Risk-Free Trial period, or
• open-box items that were never used but were missing components (such as a controller or protector), which were replaced during our inspection and testing process.

All refurbished mats are thoroughly tested and are in near-new condition.

They are also covered by a 1-year warranty, which includes replacement with a new mat or a mat in the same condition as originally purchased, if needed.
