Return Policy

You may return any new, unopened item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We also offer the NO RISK return policy for rather expensive electric Amethyst Mats. You have a full 30 Days period to try our powered line of Ereada® Amethyst Mats. 

Please understand that in both cases, return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and refunds may take up to four weeks and be subject to inspection for misuse.

For the opened and tried items, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No restocking fee is applied to unopened new items or the incorrect or defective items received from us due to our error.


If you need to return, you should contact us for return authorization. Any valid proof of purchase such as a PayPal record, credit card statement, store receipt, or invoice is sufficient to prove the date of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, send us an e-mail with detailed information about your purchase, and we will attempt to trace it. 

We will provide you with the RAN ( Return Authorization Number ) and shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of return. Or you may choose to ship the returned item by your shipper. Please, do not forget to ensure the item in this case as you will be responsible for the full value until we get the parcel.


If you received an incorrect or defective item from us due to our error, we would also pay the return shipping costs. If a product is defective, and the defects do not include physical damage caused by incorrect or negligent usage, you may choose to obtain a free replacement item from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper ( up to 10 business days ), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it ( up to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request ( up to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, please, contact us. We process all inquiries within 24 hours, 7 days a week. After RAN is provided, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please consider that no returns from foreign countries are possible, and the warranty or after warranty service may be difficult to do. Though of course, we will do our best to help you to maintain the device in working condition in any location worldwide.
