Can I put my head on the mat?

The most important rule is that your head should not be placed on the heated area when the mat is hot. Your head should rest on a pillow. It is best to use our special amethyst pillow, or at least keep your head on the non-heated area of the mat.

It may be acceptable to place your head on the mat when it is set to the lowest heating level.

This position may also work well when using the photon function, but it is important not to look directly at the bright light.
