Does the included pad block FIR?

We include several types of thick and thin multilayer protectors with the mat sets.

These protectors combine synthetic and natural materials, making them waterproof, sweat-absorbing, washable, and breathable.

They are fully permeable to far infrared (FIR) rays and pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), and moderately permeable to negative ions.

However, these covers and pads are less permeable to the photon red light function.

Some customers prefer to use the mat without the covers when focusing on ion exposure. If additional comfort is needed while doing so, a cotton or bamboo towel can be placed on top of the mat.
